which dish are these bones from…

since i didn’t post yesterday and am now 2 days behind, i couldn’t remember what we had for dinner 2 nights ago, other than the pics i took. i had a pic of some chewed up bones, but couldn’t for the life of me think of which dish that was from.

has to be chicken! but what kind of chicken? maybe the chicken stew soup

炒三丝 literally means sauteed three slices, but there are more than just 3 kinds of sliced vegetables/meats here. there are sliced woodear, sliced dry tofu, sliced carrots, sliced chinese pickled cabbage, sliced pork, and soybean
