my dad went fishing on sunday and came back with lots of stuff as usual. he’s really good and his friends always ask him for tips.
my mom would gut all the fish that same day, fillet some of it and freeze the fillets for later, may be fry or braise some of it the same day while it’s super fresh, or she may make grind the fish meat and make fish balls.
